Learn@Communities features four different Communities of Practice (CoP), each comprising three to four schools. They have a common goal of improving student learning with use of technology, focusing on using ICT for learning through inquiry, enhancing Assessment for Learning and making learning from acquisition an active process. They will share on their journey as reflective practitioners, using action research to collectively and individually reflect and improve their own practice. Through collaborative design of student learning experiences and studying student learning artefacts, they deepen their technological-pedagogically-content  knowledge. As a CoP, they will also share their experiences and new knowledge created from the learning conversations with fellow practitioners, supported by researchers and educational technology officers. These shared knowledge was then spread to other educators, both locally and overseas.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet the members of each CoP, get first-hand information on the ICT-enriched lesson experiences, and listen to their success stories and strategies to overcome challenges in the course of their journey.

Each Learn@Communities session is chargeable to defray the administrative and logistic costs. Successful registrants will be notified via email.
