A registration pack will be delivered to the all delegates prior to the conference week. You will receive the following in the pack:
A conference badge will be issued to each delegate, which allows access to the Conference Venue. The name badge must be worn visibly at all times while on the premises. Should a pass be misplaced or lost, please notify the information counter located at level 3 concourse of the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In addition to the online Programme Schedule, a copy of programme booklet will be included in the Conference Bag.
Registration is not required for delegates; please proceed directly to level hall 404 for the conference with your name badge.
Delegates should arrive 5 minutes before the start of each session and all seatings will be on a first-come-first-serve basis (otherwise stated).

All delegates are very much encouraged to join the #iCTLT2016 community.
Through a unique log-in account, delegates are able to view and select respective sessions they wish to attend. They will also be able to download presentation materials that the invited speakers and presenters have uploaded in their respective session page. Download the guide here.
Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch will be provided during the conference. All meals provided are Halal-certified. Vegetarian dishes will be labelled separately.
Food and beverage are prohibited from all conference rooms.
Free wireless internet access is available in Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre.

A two-way transfer from the Conference Venue will be provided for international delegates who have signed up for EdTech Studio, Learn@Schools and/or Learn@Communities. The transfer costs are included in the activity payment.
