Pre-Conference Activities

Conference delegates have the option to sign up for various Pre-Conference activities. There will be separate fees for the respective activities.

Due to overwhelming requests, we have opened up the activities to non-delegates.

Information on Pre-conference Activities

Pre-conference Activities (Masterclasses, EdTech Studio, Learn@Schools and Learn@Communities) are available for both delegates and non-delegates to register. Non-delegates are attendees who are not registering for the Main Conference.

Pre-Conference Transportation Provision

two-way transfer from the Main Conference venue will be provided for international attendees (delegates and non-delegates) who have signed up for EdTech Studio, Learn@Schools and/or Learn@Communities. The transfer costs are included in the activity payment.

Information for Delegates Whose Abstracts are Accepted

Upon acceptance of abstracts, presenters are required to register and pay for the conference before 16 January 2016.

Dietary Requirements

All food served during the conference will be certified halal.

Confirmation

Successful completion of the registration process will be auto-acknowledged via email. Official receipts will only be issued upon request once payment has been received and verified.

Registration Policy

  • Pre-Conference Activities are open to both delegates and non-delegates.
  • Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full by the organisers.
  • The Main Conference and Pre-Conference fees stated are charged and collected in Singapore Dollars (S$).
  • All fees are subjected to prevailing 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend any part of the programme without giving prior notice should the need arise.
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice due to events that are beyond the control of the organisers.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds for cancellation of confirmed conference participation. Refunds will only be provided if the organisers cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

A replacement is encouraged if delegates/non-delegates are unable to attend the conference after the confirmation of registration as no refunds will be given for withdrawals or cancellation. Please inform the Organising Committee in writing through email: ictlt2016@ictlt.com

Personal Data Protection Act

iCTLT 2016 organising committee adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) which includes the collection, use and disclosure or personal data for the purpose for which an individual has given consent to. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more details. 

Payment Options

Through the online registration, you may make your payment by one of the following modes:

Please provide the name of the School/Organisation and Sub-BU Code for e-invoicing. Teachers may check with their Administration Managers on the Sub-BU Code.

  • Please provide credit card details as requested on the Registration Form.
  • Please note that the name Principals Academy Inc. Pte Ltd will appear on the credit card slip and bank statement.
  • The official receipt and a scan copy of the credit slip will be emailed to the delegate/non-delegate after the conference fees have been charged to the card.
  • Please make cheque payable to PAI and write iCTLT 2016 and name of delegate/non-delegate on the reverse side of the cheque and send the cheque to the mailing address within ten (10) working days upon registration.
  • Online registration without receipt of payment will be deemed as incomplete.
  • All bank charges should be borne by the delegate/non-delegate.
  • Please scan a copy of the bank advice slip and quote "iCTLT 2016" together with the name of the delegate/non-delegate and email to: ictlt2016@ictlt.com
  • Please send the Bank Advice Slip to the mailing address within ten (10) working days from date of registration.
  • Please make payable to Principals Academy Inc. Pte Ltd on the Telegraphic Transfer form.
